Here are the roles we are currently recruiting for:
Automation Specialist
We are looking for a new member to join our Professional Services (PS) team that is responsible for automation and integration projects for our customers. As a member of the PS team, you will be responsible to characterize, plan and execute projects with customers. From creating initial POCs all the way to deploying production-ready tools. The projects are very varied - From writing
automation scripts in our Workflow Editor tool or designing analytical python scripts on customer data files to using API or other methods to integrate Labguru to lab instruments or software. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team together with colleagues from Labguru’s Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Development teams.
Customer Support Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical questions and issues when using our product. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
