Job Description

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator on a temporary basis, serving as a substitute for an employee on sick leave, for an estimated period of 6-8 months. This position offers the unique opportunity to potentially transition to a permanent role within the company, subject to performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about marketing and possess extensive experience in marketing automation, with a knack for engaging customers and propelling inbound leads through the marketing funnel. A solid foundation in digital marketing is crucial, encompassing areas such as website performance, lead nurturing, SEO, PPC campaigns, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer HubSpot to ensure effective tracking and lead management across the marketing funnel, coupled with comprehensive reporting on outcomes and account performance.
  • Oversee the management of Labguru’s website, including the design of new web pages and landing pages, ensuring these pages effectively convert new leads. Conduct A/B testing and continuous page optimizations as necessary.
  • Formulate and execute holistic marketing initiatives from inception, with a focus on continuous evaluation and enhancement of their effectiveness.
  • Spearhead innovative marketing strategies, including but not limited to webinars, sponsored programs, email campaigns, and lead nurturing practices.
  • Establish and maintain robust tracking systems, ensuring regular compilation and presentation of performance reports.
  • Manage and oversee the performance of SEO agencies to ensure the effectiveness of SEO strategies and the achievement of desired search engine rankings.
  • Manage email marketing automation, workflows, and integrations, designing customer journeys tailored to various personas within our marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with the sales operations team, ensuring seamless cooperation.
  • Enhance and refine the marketing technology infrastructure to improve our ability to segment, target, and engage with prospects and customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in marketing operations with a strong preference for candidates experienced in HubSpot.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment is preferred.
  • A proven track record in managing online campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated ability to deploy effective marketing strategies incorporating segmentation/personalization, automation, messaging, conversion optimization, and other critical marketing techniques, both online and offline.
  • Team-oriented individual with strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively direct others.
  • Sharp understanding of market trends and an ability to learn rapidly.
  • Exceptional execution skills, with a metrics-driven mindset for problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and conversational English is essential.
