Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be a key sales revenue driver, responsible for expanding market penetration and building strategic customer relationships across the region. Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales (EMEA), you will leverage your proven experience with MEDDPICC or other sales methodologies to close complex, high-value deals. You will utilize your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales—particularly in life science and pharma—to articulate the combined value of Cenevo’s Mosaic and Labguru’s ELN/LIMS solutions.  Your primary goal will be to establish and grow trusted partnerships with research-driven organizations,  highlighting how our software addresses their immediate challenges and contributes to their long-term success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure each solution is effectively positioned and integrated into clients’ existing environments. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to influence the entire sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation and closing, while representing industry-leading technology solutions in one of the most innovative markets worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Develop and implement a strategic European territory sales plan; Identify and prioritize target accounts to drive pipeline growth.

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound activities, research, and networking to engage high-potential customers; build relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., Heads of R&D, CIOs).

  • Sales Prospecting & Negotiation: Demonstrate ability to create self-generated leads and prospects. Apply MEDDPICC to navigate complex enterprise deals; present tailored Mosaic & Labguru solutions, lead contract discussions, and close deals that meet or exceed quota.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) and external partners to craft compelling proposals and ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide timely forecasts, and offer feedback on customer needs and competitive insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Education & Experience: Degree in Life Sciences, Digital Technologies, or related field; 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales (life science/pharma preferred) with demonstrable success meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Language Requirements: Fluent English required, and ability to work in German or French an advantage.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory informatics (ELN, LIMS, sample management) or comparable enterprise software; adept at conveying technical value to diverse audiences.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling to target markets e.g., Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, CRO, and Agrisciences.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities; self-driven, results-oriented, and organized; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Location & Travel: Based in the UK, France, Benelux, or Germany; willing to travel up to 50% within EMEA; valid passport and right to work in the UK or EU.
