Sales Manager- Europe

Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager operating in the life science vertical who passionately drives sales to meet and exceed sales targets. We aim for a team player who operates in harmony within our sales organization but at the same time is capable of operating on his own running a sales process from prospecting until its successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • The ability to deliver outcomes quickly is fundamental.
  • Actively lead prospecting and demand generation across multiple segments of customers.
  • Drive customers through close by navigating organizational complexities.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the sales collateral and processes.
    Providing customer and market intelligence to support future product, solutions and strategy.
  • Increase customer base – this includes working with existing accounts as well as prospecting for new customers by:
    • Utilizing personal network
      Leads generated through marketing campaigns
    • Product shows
    • Referrals from customers
      Meeting and exceeding sales targets;
    • Attend trade and vendor shows and meetings as may be needed;
    • Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned customer accounts;
    • Ensure retention targets are met through effective management;
    • Maximize the business opportunities in each account, and convert customer problems into sales opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years experience in life science, SaaS sales closing
  • Familiarity with ELN & LIMS preferred
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the versatility to connect effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including lab directors, scientists, team project leaders and executives.
  • Strong self-starter approach.
  • An academic degree in life sciences – Highly preferred
  • Native English speaker- A MUST. Additional languages- an advantage
  • Location: EU/ Israel
