Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Rosh HaAyin. The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Specialist position is to manage the entire process in the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing business, via telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual quotas.
Daily outbound phone calls to new leads.
Provide prompt follow up to all inbound leads and properly document and track results.
Deliver online webinars, presentations and demonstrations.
Update SalesForce.com with all pertinent information related to the opportunity.
Region covered – EMEA and North America. Requires flexibility to work US office hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
1- 3 years inside sales experience.
Ability to listen well, communicate and qualify effectively over the telephone. Ability to communicate effectively to all organizational levels including senior management.
Ambitious, self-starter, with the ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks.
Highly developed customer-oriented relations with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Essential: Excellent English (written and verbal); Advantage: German & French language skills.
Degree in Life Sciences is a significant plus.
